4 Set Short on Time Shoulder Workout "MEGA PUMP"

We are back at it with another short on time workout. If you don't have much time and you want to crush shoulders this is the video for you. We do just 4 sets yes 4 sets. We start with a feeler set for each exercise that gives us an idea of what weight to use for the only set we do. We take each set to failure or beyond failure.
