Mark Wahlberg Reveals Shredded Physique During Online Beef With Dr. Oz

Mark Wahlberg taunts Dr. Oz and shows off his shredded physique.

Mark Wahlberg is one of those Hollywood celebrities that brings an unprecedented amount of muscle to the big screen. He can stand alongside the likes of Brad Pitt, Sylvester Stallone, and The Rock – all of which showcase near-bodybuilding level physiques consistently in Hollywood. In Wahlberg’s latest Instagram video, he showcases that he still has an incredible physique at 48 years old.

Mark Wahlberg’s latest physique reveal on Instagram is all part of a developing beef between Mark and Dr. Oz. It all started with Dr. Oz proclaiming that breakfast should be cut out of your diet as part of intermittent fasting. Walberg didn’t agree and called Dr. Oz out. So Oz decided to fight back by showing off just how many one legged push ups he can do at age 59. Wahlberg’s response?

Mark Wahlberg doesn’t even have to show off his actual workout – because his physique says it all. It showcases the hard work he puts in every day to maintain a bodybuilding level physique. Regardless of the film role or even if he’s in between films, Wahlberg is an actor who has a passion for staying in shape for himself and not just for the screen.

Intermittent fasting has become a popular trend in recent years and while the it might not necessarily be a bad thing – it’s certainly not the only way to maintain a healthy lifestyle and physique.
