But since retiring, it appears that his physique has changed pretty drastically. In a recent post, Dexter Jackson confirmed that he has downsized from 265 to 225lbs.
Dexter Jackson has been bodybuilding since his youth. With a clear drive and genetic aptitude for bodybuilding, Jackson has excelled in the sport for most of his life. Now at an advanced age, Dexter Jackson is still proving to be a force to be reckoned with.
While Jackson has never been the most massive bodybuilder, in the two months since retiring we can see a distinct change in his physique. While he still is training hard as ever, Jackson does appear to have lost a noticeable amount of weight.
