    There you go. Granted my "before" picture was a lot worse than it should have been. I was in rough shape when that was taken--far from how I normally am.

    Yes, my nutrition and training plan was pretty hardcore though. I'm in my mid forties so it was pretty brutal. I used IML sups every single day of the prep. I practically lived off the whey isolate.
