Time for another cycle of SDMZ 1.0, I have some questions

Hi there guys. I haven't been much active on these forums. I have been following and reading, and I must say I have learned very much about PHs and working out in general. I've done a couple cycles of the original SDMZ formula and I must say the results were beyond believe with minimal sides (back bumps on weeks 3-4). So here's the plan, I am planning to start fresh. As in new workout program, new diet program and in a month or two I plan on adding SDMZ 1.0 to my daily protein creatin intake. Thankfully I was able to stack up on some of this great product before it was discontinued. By the way I had to stop working out due to job change so I had to use all of my free time to get settled in. As in learning job specific things, not going to go into detail since its beyond the point.

I want to try and get the most of SDMZ so if I can get some help from you guys that would be awesome. When I took SDMZ last 2 times I was following IMLs recomendations:

FIRST 4 WEEKS:
Super-DMZ Rx Rx - 2 caps daily (1 cap AM / 1 cap PM)
Ultra Male Rx - 1 cap daily
Anabolic-Matrix Rx - 2 caps daily with food
Advanced Cycle Support Rx - 2 caps daily

LAST 4 WEEKS:
Ultra Male Rx - 1 cap daily
Anabolic-Matrix Rx - 2 caps daily with food
Advanced Cycle Support Rx - 2 caps daily
E-Control Rx - 3 caps daily (last 3 weeks)

My concern is I've been reading about people replacing E-control with nolva, and then take e-control after the last 4 weeks. Which aparently was a bit safer as far as not getting gyro. Can you guys shed some light on this? Right now I have everything on the list above + liquid nova + Ostra.

Another question, when would be most effective to take Ostra? During the last 4 weeks or after? I don't plan on bridging at this point.

Any tips of working towards the perfect diet plan?

I will be working on my new workout program. I will share it once its done and hope to get some feedback. I've found that 5-6 day is most effective for me so that's what I'll try to do this time as well.
