Ok so I am 34 220 6'1" I just had a physical and everything is great. I have been a gym rat since my teens but looking to take it to the next gear. I have never taken anything but protein and creatine but I have recently become single after 10 years of marriage and looking to get ripped. I have adjusted my diet; upped my protein intake and reduced my carbs getting ready for this. But unsure how much I should take, and when. If someone can help me out with this it would be great.
So here I am I got: 1 bottle of Super-DMZ, 1 btl Anabolic-Matrix Rx, 1 btl Ultra Male Rx, 1 btl Advanced Cycle Support Rx,
What should my cycle be? Doses and weeks.
Do I need some other PCT and when should I take that?
If I decide to do another cycle when should I start that?
Like I said I have never taken a PH, but have a few friends that have taken them and seen great gains but only to lose them 3 days off, is there some way to reduce this?
I am trying to do as much research before I start and any help or direction would be great. Thanks!
