Thanks bud. I have not been using any AI until I just started these two... I'm now using half a tab of letro every Mon/Thurs (1.25mg), hCG at 250iu every Mon/Thurs, and hMG at 75iu every Mon/Thurs.

I'm about to go on a drastic cut. Diet will be something along the lines of:

Breakfast (6am)
5 Eggs, 1 slice Cheese, Spices
1 cup Oats, ½ cup Milk

Snack (9am)
1 cup Mixed Nuts

Lunch (12pm)
1 can Tuna/Chicken, tbsp. light Mayo, Grapes, Onions, Almonds/Walnuts
2 pieces Fruit
1misc item

Meal 4 (4pm)
1 cup Greek Yogurt, 1 scoop Protein, ¾ cup GoLean Crisp, ½ cup Milk

Dinner (7pm)
1 scoop Protein w. water
2 slice Chicken Breast
Steamed Veggies (bag)
2 cups Rice


I don't count calories, so please don't ask lol.. I'll be using this for the next 2-3wks and then I'll adjust it accordingly.

Threw off the shirt like a douche and checked the mirror after the workout - couldn't help myself. I had consistent estimates of 9-10% bodyfat! Leaning out like crazy - my brother and all my friends are telling me this is the biggest/leanest they've ever seen me. Fat is beginning to melt off the love handles and lower abdominals - vascularity in the legs is becoming very apparent. Lats are beginning to become one with the obliques - building quite a nice taper, and my adonis belt only adds to the effect. I'm going to stay on this diet and get a few pics at the end of this month.

All orals will be ceased in the next 5wks. At which point I will begin 2wks of erythropoietin @ 1000iu 3x/wk (and again in 4.5months)

I should be a solid 9% at 250 by the end of May. By the end of June a solid 8% at the same weight, and then by Mid-august I hope to be maintaining 7-7.5% bf at 250-252lbs! I want to maintain that until December so my body becomes accustomed to it and then consider finding a physique competition to compete in. If I do poorly because I'm simply too muscular, I'll consider taking up bodybuilding (actually as an amateur, I believe I can cross compete in both bodybuilding and physique). It'd prob be a better sport for me anyhow, figuring my legs are genetically my strongest point - both muscularly and strength wise - I rarely even train them. I'm going to start focusing more on hammies... they're way over powered by the development in my quads.

lol No way - you should want everything within proportion rather than just mass and size.... there's many big pro's who's body I would never want because their symmetry and proportions are just too far off.

Drank a VPX MeltDown and VPX Pump7 30mins preworkout. I was feeling both full force right after the pullups and made the workout very difficult. Incredible pump inhibiting my ROM plus profuse sweating helping me to cramp much sooner than I normally would. I felt very weak this workout.

" still have a few nagging injuries and I've let myself slip over the winter.. it's time to get back in shape. I haven't been squatting or deadlifting for the past 12-18months... " You may be just the person to help a brother out. I just posted a question under general forum of "Plagued by injuries WTF" Well, in short since 07 I have consistently been hit by serious injuries and just bit the bullet again yesterday. Most likely multiple tears in knee, MRI scheduled for Monday. I was about to start a SDMZ ,4-andro Ostra cycle. Should I run it anyways lifting considerably lighter weight more reps because no leg support or save it for who knows how long until im back fully. In the past this has been at least 6 months and as long as a year injury. In the past I have stopped lifting all together initially and then intermittingly after a fe months but I'm not freakin giving in this time so im going to lift around this. Should I run that cycle or is there another cycle to use or screw it fourth and long so Punt!
 
I would go for it. So long as you diet very well to gain minimal fat (it may difficult finding cardiovascular activities to accelerate your fat loss post cycle with a bum knee), and can still train your upper torso with moderately heavy weight.

I use hGH in conjunction with a few other goodies, so my injuries tend to heal up pretty fast most of the time - and I never really lose much in terms of gains when I do get back to lifting the injury.

I'd recommend you research up on the stuff - it really is quite miraculous, however I CANNOT give you a source for it.
 
Understood, thanks. I just finished shoulders a little over 24hrs after injury. a little lethargic but that was the vicodin but other than that not too bad. Appreciate the advice.
 
I never knew that, great info, Been on an icing cooler so knee feels great numbed up don't really need the vicodin except the first two days until I got the machine. Naproxen until Monday then should be clear of that. Thanks

Thank Bud. After Kayaking 20miles yesterday on the Rapidan and Rappahannock Rivers, I lost 10lbs and am back down to 247 - it also appears I burned off nearly an inch on my waist! It was pretty treacherous - the water level was up, yet the water didn't really seem to have in increase in current - needles to say it was a LONG 20miles of endless paddling. With 250lbs+ in a Kayak... that shit was practically a submarine bulldozing water... I had a wake behind me similar to that of a cruise ship! Everyone else had it easy; gracefully skiing across the TOP of the water. lol

Wore a wife beater out today - and for the extremely condensed version, I got a ridiculous amount of attention from both sexes, and a job offer to work security at a club. lol Hittin Legs tomorrow - we won't be doing any squats or anything that will activate the hip flexor; as BJ and I are both going to hold off until his injury heals.
 
In the first 10wks of this cycle, I've lost approx 11lbs of fat since starting the cycle, as well as gained 9lbs of lbm.

Yeah sorry, I've been busy switching jobs. I'm on test only at 250/wk cruise phase. I'm at about 247lbs 8-9% bf. I need to get it tested again soon, I'll get the lady to take some pics as well.

As long as there's no trees or major sweepers in it, I might just do it! I hate how slow the Rappahannock and Rapidan usually are. I like Kayaking the creek behind my house in Woodbridge when it floods.. the water moves great! I was sitting out in the hot tub yesterday waiting for a storm that never showed... it was a dud here - a big disappointment. lol

I appreciate your condolences.. it's all good bro, life goes on - I'm back at it and about to restart this log up. I haven't really trained much at all for the last 7wks! I have kept a good clean diet, however and my waist is now thinner and my chest is appearing fuller. I'm currently only on 250mg/wk Test E weighing in at 240lbs at somewhere under 10%. I'm starting 100mcg T3 today, alongside 100mg ephedrine and 400mg caffeine every day. In August I will begin a cycle of IronMagLabs Epi-Tren at 6 caps (60mg Epi|60mg Trenabol) ed for 6wks alongside my cruise dose of 250mg Test.
