Starting a small log here.. still have a few nagging injuries and I've let myself slip over the winter.. it's time to get back in shape. I haven't been squatting or deadlifting for the past 12-18months... started back about two weeks ago, as I am also planning to compete in my first 100% RAW powerlifting competition come July. I'd like to get down into the 242lb class... but we'll see where I end up.

I have some cyanostane, but I'm going to hold off on using it for a few weeks until I can get a few bottles of trenabol to go with it.

Yesterday was my second pin of a 20wk cycle.

Thanks guys. I did chest tonight... it was awkward feeling going heavy after not hitting it for a while. The weight was all over the place... never the less, I still pushed out a few sets of triples with 405.

I will post the workout and try to upload a vid (have not even seen it myself yet) in a little bit.

I've been taking about 300mg Caffeine daily and usually about 150mg (split in 3 doses) ephedrine. Weighing in at 262lbs and I swear my body fat is lower... I'll need to measure it soon. Muscle separation is becoming quite apparent.

I began implementing strict dieting into my regiment a week ago - already seeing some improvements, however carbs may be too low, the muscles are staying sore as fuuu for quite some time. I need to really focus on trimming off the love handles; and building up the hammies (never train em), upper pecs and arms, and rear delts. Current Weight: 258lbs. I'll get a pic or two in another week; for now, here's one of my training partner, BJ, at 6'3 240lbs... he's planning to go for 495 on flat bench next week!

More Rear Delts and a little bit of Back... was tough today cause I hadn't eaten in 16hrs. Learned something new, or relearned I should say - Excessive Water Consumption + Intense Training + Lack of Sustenance = Debilitating Killer CRAMPS! :mad: I'm pretty sure I flushed my body of glycogen and electrolytes.. it was bad. lol

Bodyweight is consistently holding around 245. About to pop some 100mg ephedrine and jump in the hot tub for an hour and then come in and hit the bike for another 45mins and see if I cannot drop down to 240. I seem to be holding a lot more water than I am fat..


My blood was boiling in the gym tonight. BJ said he'd meet me there in 15mins and ended up faking. I HATE being faked on - the entire time I was in there I had a mental image of smashing his face through a brick wall.. and he's like a brother to me. Is that bad? lol

All done in about 25-30mins. Starting to look a lot more like I'm training for physique - feels good to see the efforts paying off.


I'm still not counting calories or macros, but the diet has been much cleaner and it's showing very quickly. I've cut out nearly all sugar except 20g from my powerade mix, 9g from greek yogurt, and 11g from a cup of skim milk and maybe a total of about 40g from various other sources throughout the day including fruit.. I know it must look as if I'm counting, but I just have a good memory and remember from glancing real quick at the nutrition labels.
