    Cool Adrenolin's 12mo Transformation log - w. IML/BSL cycles deals and discounts

    Starting a small log here.. still have a few nagging injuries and I've let myself slip over the winter.. it's time to get back in shape. I haven't been squatting or deadlifting for the past 12-18months... started back about two weeks ago, as I am also planning to compete in my first 100% RAW powerlifting competition come July. I'd like to get down into the 242lb class... but we'll see where I end up.


    Current Stats:
    24yo
    6'2.5
    252lbs
    14% body fat

    Squat 445 x 6 (going for 495 x 10 in 3wks)
    Bench 315 x 14 (pecs/wrist currently strained - no benching until further notice)
    Double overhand SLDL 405 x 15

    I have some cyanostane, but I'm going to hold off on using it for a few weeks until I can get a few bottles of trenabol to go with it.

    Thanks guys. I did chest tonight... it was awkward feeling going heavy after not hitting it for a while. The weight was all over the place... never the less, I still pushed out a few sets of triples with 405.

    I will post the workout and try to upload a vid (have not even seen it myself yet) in a little bit.

    I've been doing mountain biking lately as well. There's lots of hills where I live so it can be pretty brutal. Keep it up bro!

    I've been taking about 300mg Caffeine daily and usually about 150mg (split in 3 doses) ephedrine. Weighing in at 262lbs and I swear my body fat is lower... I'll need to measure it soon. Muscle separation is becoming quite apparent.

    I began implementing strict dieting into my regiment a week ago - already seeing some improvements, however carbs may be too low, the muscles are staying sore as fuuu for quite some time. I need to really focus on trimming off the love handles; and building up the hammies (never train em), upper pecs and arms, and rear delts. Current Weight: 258lbs. I'll get a pic or two in another week; for now, here's one of my training partner, BJ, at 6'3 240lbs... he's planning to go for 495 on flat bench next week!

    That idiot up there just broke his hand yesterday punching some douchebag tool in the face to impress a girl. Looks like it will be some time before he presses that 500lbs now. :evil:


    I still hit chest by myself yesterday... he showed up for support. Just went light, nothing special, but I did hit an easy PR that I wasn't even going for (I didn't count my reps, BJ did).
