Starting a small log here.. still have a few nagging injuries and I've let myself slip over the winter.. it's time to get back in shape. I haven't been squatting or deadlifting for the past 12-18months... started back about two weeks ago, as I am also planning to compete in my first 100% RAW powerlifting competition come July. I'd like to get down into the 242lb class... but we'll see where I end up.
