Splitting DMZ dosage

What would you guys recommend for splitting my DMZ dosage up at 3 caps ED. Today was day one I did, 1 at 7am 1 at 2pm and one at 10pm, ACS 2 at 12pm prior night. would ACS at 8am, DMZ at 12am 5pm and 11pm work? thanks for reading

That should work fine but I personally wouldn't have anymore than a 12 hour split between doses. I am OCD about things like this.
You want to have a constant level of the steroid in you system at all times for best results.......should be just fine though.
