What's the best time of day to dose MDE? It's my understanding that SuperDrol has better obsorbtion when taken with food, so I'm planning my am dose with my second meal at 8:30 am.
My question is about the afternoon dose. I've read conflicting opinions. Some say it should be taken about an hour pre- training, which would be about 3 pm for me. Others say it works best immidiately post workout, and yet others recommend taking it with supper. So which time is best to maximize the effectiveness of the pm dose, or does it matter at all?
