Pain in ring finger on right hand

Basically I work manual labor, my ring finger on my right hand has been in on and off pain when stressed for the past 3 months or so. I cant deadlift heavy because of it. I take joint supplements. Is there anything else I can do?

Have you seen a doctor? Not a lot they could do, but you might have a fracture. Or a little more serious, you could have ulnar nerve entrapment. Always best to get the correct medical advice so that treatment is appropriate. See your doc and good luck brother
