I've posted before about my gyno issues, Heavy recommended Nolva for emergency Gyno treatment. I ended my cycle of Deca-Drol early, and started my nolva at 40mg ed starting Friday. So far, my gyno has not been reduced and may actually be getting a little worse.

Anyone have any personal experience with emergency Nolva treatment? How long did it take to start working? Did it reduce it all the way?

Nolva won't reverse the effects of gyno. Try to find Letro that will reverse it and treat it but is a lot harder on the system.

Damn man i was gonna say same thing about letro. best of luck

yea i've heard it both ways about nolva, that itll reverse and that it wont. I figured i'd try it first before letro since that shit wipes out your endocrine system lol. ill run it a few more days and see what happens, then get letro if i need to.

Treatment of gynecomastia with tamoxifen: A double-blind crossover study

Abstract

Benign asymptomatic or painful enlargement of the male breast is a common problem, postulated to be due to an increased estrogen/testosterone ratio or due to increased estrogenic or decreased androgenic stimulation via estrogen or androgen receptor interactions. Treatment at present consists of analgesic medication or surgery. However, treatment directed against the preponderance of estrogenic stimulation would seem to represent a more specific form of therapy. In the present double-blind crossover study, one-month courses of a placebo or the antiestrogen tamoxifen (10 mg given orally bid) were compared in random order. Seven of ten patients experienced a decrease in the size of their gynecomastia due to tamoxifen (P < 0.005). Overall, the decrease for gynecomastia for the whole group was significant (P < 0.01). There was no beneficial effect of placebo (P > 0.1). Additionally, all four patients with painful gynecomastia experienced symptomatic relief. There was no toxicity. The reduction of breast size was partial and may indicate the need for a longer course of therapy. A followup examination was performed in eight out of ten patients nine months to one year after discontinuing placebo and tamoxifen. There were no significant changes from the end of the initial study period except for one tamoxifen responder who developed a recurrence of breast tenderness after six months, and one nonresponder who demonstrated an increase in breast size and a new onset of tenderness after ten months. Therefore, antiestrogenic treatment with tamoxifen may represent a safe and effective mode of treatment for selected cases of cosmetically disturbing or painful gynecomastia.

exactly why i tried it, hopefully after the month ill be better. thanks heavy, much appreciated for the reassurance article.

Dude I'd go get some letrozole. It may be hard on ur system but atleast it will reverse the gyno. It's ur best option. Ur next best option is surgery if it gets bad. Get the letro bro

I mean the gyno's about the size of a pea, maybe a little bigger. It hurts, but i can deal with it. nips are a bit puffy... idc so much about what's going on now, i just don't want it to get to the point of where OTHER people can notice it. as long as it doesn't get worse i wont be too upset, although it going away would be nice. i don't really have the money for letro right now and dont wanna risk the harm to my system, especially after heavy's last post. but ill def get some before i start another cycle

My Urologist put me on 20mg Nolva daily for 3 months for gyno. He is a Hormone specialist. There are various scientific studies that prove Nolva works to treat gyno. These are the facts.

Trav,

Keep in mind you are now post cycle and SERM's like Nolvadex are indicated to restore the HPTA. Therefore you are using the correct medication for post cycle recovery and for gynecomastia treatment.

Yea it hit me and my friend very fast and very hard on deca. I would reccomend using Super-dmz which will be a lot less likely to cause gyno.

Trav, were you taking Ultra Male while on the deca? because im about to do the super DMZ stack and add deca drol but i have E-control and ultra male for my pct. hopefully it helps prevent gyno.

Letro will clear it up as well. I like to win armidex on cycle to help with gyno prevention. Anything heavy days is gold!

So Mote it Be
Chris

Armidex as in this> ARIMIDEX (anastrozole) tablets for oral administration contain 1 mg of anastrozole, a non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor. It is chemically described as 1,3-Benzenediacetonitrile, a, a, a', a'-tetramethyl-5-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-ylmethyl). Its molecular formula is C17H19N5 and its structural formula is:

That has some pretty wicked sides.. But interesting that it helps with Gyno.

i was taking ultra male and had nolva on hand for pct... i ended the deca-drol early and hopped on nolva as well as formadrol and my gyno stayed the same. seeing a urologist tomorow about it and if he doesn't do anything then i have letro that i'm going to run until it clears up.
