Okay guys, epi-tren finally came in the mail today. Time to shred! Hopefully this run goes smoother than the last one. Wish me luck everyone!

Age: 21/Too young
Weight: 160lbs
Height: 5'9"
BF%: less than 10%? guessing...
Sex: yes please

Flat bench 1RM: 240lbs
Decline Bench 1RM: 250

train 5-6 days per week
diet is extremely low fat, maintenance calories.

my only goal on this cycle is to get cut to fucking smithereens while maintaining size. Not concerned with strength, but I'll post those numbers anyways for logging purposes.

I'll be posting about side effects such as waffle cock/accordion dick, homer hair, and liver failure. :cool: JK, though I will seriously be tracking my thoughts and moods throughout the cycle, as well as noting ANY physical changes.

I have all of my bases covered; I will choose a PCT when the time comes based of my degree of shutdown. Most likely just an AI + clomid/nolva, TBD.! As you can see I already have all the products.
I will be dosing the EpiTren at 3 Caps a day for 4 weeks, with the possibility of 4 more weeks of just tren, depending on how I feel. I will be running the 4Andro start of week 2. My support products are hawthorne, TUDCA, cranberry, red yeast, taurine, fish oil, etc.

So heres the Layout:

Bad mood all day. Not uncommon for me.

Light chest workout while adapting to new diet. Did not go well, felt weaker than ever. Had difficulty putting up 195x5. Going to start jacking the carbs back up tomorrow.

Woke up at 5:00 this morning with a boner. Packed my shit up, took my pills, and hit the gym. Back and some quads.

Lat pulls 7 sets, 85-120lbs
Low rows 8 sets, 75-140lbs

single-ended barbell rows, whatever those are called, 8 sets, starting with one plate and going up by 25lbs each set.

dumbbell rows 40lbsx8x4sets, 45lbsx8x2sets

quad extensions: low weight high volume (110lbsx15, 8 sets)
 
Woke up this morning, raging boner. Slept fine. Today should be my rest day, but we will see what happens.

Good work! Just noticed one thing on your workouts that caught my eye.

Your a young guy so I just thought I would pass along a little advice from a older man. ( 49) I have 26 inch thighs at the mid thigh and I have not done a leg extension in 15 years. Now I am not saying their is anything wrong with them but if your trying to get bigger jack your legs with some squats, dead lift, stiff leg dead lifts, hack squat and leg presses etc. Then do some specific glute exercises. You can gain weight fast if you put in on your lower body as well.

Everyday I go in the gym and see guys that are 45 been working out for 25 years and are now out of balance because their workouts are not geared to bring the legs along at the same pace as the upper body.

Not trying to be critical, your very motivated and working hard, so keep it up.

Also just food for thought women love men with a hard jacked ass.

Thanks man! I do most of those movements on leg day... i just like to work quads multiple times per week, as they are move important to me from an aesthetic point of view :cool:


Ironically, tonight is actually my leg workout, so you'll see what I do on a normal leg day.

Started off with some biceps. I like to beat them up before deadlifts because it makes me less likely to involve them in the lift with reverse grip and snap my shit up :cool:

Tomorrow is my off day, during which I will be devouring carbs with locallifter. On saturday morning we will be hitting the bench and busting out some new PR's!

When I was on trenabol 2 caps ed I had bw done and my total test came back at 98, my ast was 76 and my creatinine was 1.3. Also my muscle enzymes were 20x normal levels lol

How far into the cycle was this? AST isn't that bad i think, makes sense considering intense training and taxing supplements. not necessarily liver damage. creatinine of 1.3 is fine, with the normal for active men being 1.0-1.2. I am unfamiliar with muscle enzymes, but i assume they are released upon muscle breakdown?
