Trouble ordering products

Has anybody had trouble ordering stuff from IML? I placed an order yesterday, and I got a message after I place my order saying it was declined. I looked at my bank account, and the money came out like it went through. I called IML and they said the order was declined for some reason and it will just fall off in about 3 days in the bank account, and try to order again in 3 days. Has anybody else had this problem? >

due to internet fraud we have a very tight shopping cart system and your card will get declined if the billing address not match what is on file with your bank, you did not get charged if your card was declined that is just an authorization and it will drop off in a few days, however it's out of our control.
