My name is Jeff and I am fed up with my results in the gym after 1yr, even to the point of seeking out to take steriods, no luck and afraid of needles.
But I am very curious as where to start, I weigh 180lbs, work out at least 5 days a week 1-1.5hr. I have notice some gain but not as much!
I have tried various work out programs, advice and such. I have even bought the 4 week cycle from Complete Nutrition; I have not taken the cycle yet.
But I am seeking advice on what to buy first as a "newbie", how to stack and cycle(i am very clueless to this).
I thought about buying Metadrol stack with purchase of single bottles of decadrol and super dmz for later use.
