Well, gonna start my first cycle tomorrow. Here's the thing, I work 12 hours a day; I get up at 0-dark-thirty (4:30a.m.), and start work at 6, I usually get home around 6:30 p.m., and hit the gym by 7. What would be the best time to take my dosages with this schedule?
On my days off work I usually get up at 6 in the morning, and am in the gym by 10 a.m, what would be the best time to take my dosages on this schedule?
How have you dealt with the side effect of being tired (lethargy). I'm thinking lots of coffee? But is there a supplement that might help.
I'm also thinking about adding in Taurine at 3-6 grams a day. one dose in morning, and one dose pre work out? Is that enough?
Do you guys think I should keep a log on here of my experience, or on the ironmagazine.com....or is it a waste of time. I've posted a couple times on that site, and no responses. I'm thinking it's a really tight group, and newbies are frowned upon. I'd really like some feedback if I run into problems, but don't want to wait around for help that may never come.
Anyway, thanks for all the help you guys have giving me so far....wish me luck, and if you have any final words of advice I'd I'm all ears.

BTW...I'm taking the Halo Extreme complete stack....also, I have some testosterone cream with estrogen blocker that I've been taking (bio-identical) that I got from my doc, I'm thinking of saving up a months supply and taking it PCT. What do you think? Not asking for medical advice here, just want to know if I took this extra testosterone PCT if it could help.
