Hey all just looking for extra advice and second opinions here, I am on day ten of my MDE cycle and have been experiencing some severe nausea and my appetite has been completely killed. It has been happening upon waking and it's strong enough to make me vomit, although I have been able to fight the urge every time so far.. I know vomiting + back pumps = excruciating pain so I try to avoid this at all costs. The nausea slowly passes after a couple of hours.
Gains are coming fast now and I would hate to have to stop the cycle early so I'm looking for other options or closure on this matter. I am aware harsh sides come from harsh cycles and this is my first time running MDE, but not my first cycle.
I'm going to start today by continuing the cycle until tomorrow and increasing my carbs to see if that helps. If not, there may be an underlying issue that should be addressed, and I will stop if I have to, trying to keep it as safe as possible.
I have preloaded this cycle with advanced cycle support and liv 52. I have been running n2 guard since I started taking the MDE along with extra probiotics and digestive enzymes with meals. My water intake ranges from 1.5-2 gallons of water.
I have proper pct on hand and will use if advised, I feel like taking a two day break as advised and continue after that but I don't want to start from scratch since it will have cleared my system since then, if that is the case. If I were to take a two day break or so, would I be able to run something less toxic such as 11 oxo at 1 gram a day to keep an anabolic effect running until I continue? Just a theory, not concluding this will work in reality.
