is this stuff normally cloudy and smell funny haha, im paranoid on putting it in my mouth, is it gtg
 
Yes, that is completely normal. Liquid clomiphene is generally cloudy. If it has been sitting for a while, it may have started to fall out of solution, so, you should let it sit in a cup of HOT water for a couple of minutes, to allow it to saturate, then swirl around and use.
 
and just empty the dropper directly in my mouth or should i put it in a medicine cup like the ones that come with day quil
