My cycle is halfway through but my log got pulled from AnabolicMinds because of pussyitis on their part. I will finish it out here. I'm starting my cut today so we will see how the next 16 days go.

Weight down to 263 this morning. Strength still increasing. But to be honest, I can't wait to have an epic cheat meal this weekend. It's so dry here right now that I got a nose bleed the other day and with the increase in BP it's not healing. Other than that I haven't really noticed any sides. Really hoping to look halfway decent after this cycle as a kick start to my cut.

Had a guy at work with me so I dropped the weight on everything so we weren't changing weights every set. Just increased reps or slowed rep pace. Still got a good burn but not really a good pump. Weight still at 259. Oreo has a new cookie called more stuff, it's like quadruple cream. Shouldn't have bought them :(.

I was so pissed my gym was so busy yesterday... and idiots everywhere... LOL I almost gave in to the frozen greek yogurt bars that my wife has in the freezer... but then I thought to myself... what about your goals... LOL

Massive pump this morning. Weight down to 257, gotta say when this cycle is over I'm going to miss the strength gain. Every workout has been better than the last on a cutting diet. Body is looking better every morning. Doesn't hurt that I'm loving the training regimen I've implemented. Not even coming close to any PR'S but my body is slowly building while I'm losing flubber. What more could you ask for?

Weight is at 257 even after my cheat. Starting to get veinage on my weak quad, really excited about that. Silly, I know.

Starting to feel strength dwindle a bit because of eating under maintenance. Tomorrow is my last 2 doses of SDMZ 3.0. I'm sad but it's been a good cycle. Cutting on this compound has not been hard at all. Keeping my strength high while cutting my food in half.
