    Guys I created this thread to catch the eye of Mr. Rob's eye to be on the lookout for our PM's when customers have issues and we have sent a pm and knowing he is busy to provide back a timely response back to our IML family who loved their prods. I mean really who does Mr. Rob is the owner of IML, IM and has the right to be busy that he isn't totally devoting all his time to my needs, PM's, child support<<(sorry got carried away) lol. Just helps us get the Bosses eye to our PM's as well all know he is Veda busy. Thanks Mr. Rob we appreciate everything you do.
