This is going to be one interesting run! Looking forward to it big bump.

Just so anyone reading this understands, big bumpkin is going beyong IML's recommended doseage and cycle length. He is an experienced user that understands the risks involved. If your thinking about running SuperDMZ 3.0 and your a novice to these types of compounds, please stick to 2 caps per day for 4 weeks at max, in addition to proper hydration (1.5g per day) and abstaining from other liver stressing activities.

well there is only so much I can do in my home gym...I caved and joined planet fitness. I know! But for 10$ and a few times a week I'll be able to hit stuff I don't at home.
Didn't brink a notebook but...everything was drop sets and could barely raise arms when done LOL
