It could also be your electrolytes. Water is great for hydration but isn't the best for your sodium/electrolytes needs. I had similar experience and took a electrolytes sup and didn't have anymore issues. Hope this helps my brother!!!
When you can't go any further is where you begin to grow your heart!!!

Hey Sleeper, did the super set yesterday and threw in decline press. Figured it wouldn't hurt. I'm on 2 Halo ed. Been feeling good. Checked my BP 133/70 not to bad.

Been having a few more sports drinks known for electrolytes and been feeling better overall. Haven't had any pains or headaches.

Lately, I've been waking up hungry after about 4-5 hours of sleep to make my self a protein shake. Get back to bed after.

That's good bro...to me halo helps with the intake on food n I love that part about halo...for me...n with that routine, u going to eat like crazy..n when adding things to a routine its always good to add it here n there, jus to keep the body on the up n up...so yea its ok to do so...I added a decline workout like every other week n sum time I do it on the smith machine...not to much weight doing so...but its a 8week routine/a full cycle routine,on cycle n pct cycle together ..
