I felt better after 12hours of sleep! I have felt pretty full all the time, still eating 4100 calories.

Workout was chin-up

Back pumps are tiresome!

Felt really strong today, failed at 455 though, 430 is a PR for me!!

I did get some lab work done today!

My HDL was low.

Everything else was normal!!!!

Yes that includes my AST and ALT!

Ran 13.2 miles and completed 30 obstacles.

Broke my right great toe :(

Had some back pumps today and a headache in the evening. Increased my water intake. Going to up my calories these final days.

Felt pretty good except I developed a headache later on.

I took an extra rest day to recuperate from working night shift, pct will start after tomorrow.

I was pretty happy with the results!

I added 45lbs to my bench, 95lbs to my deadlift, 60lbs to my squat!

I gained 30lbs total weight. Only 3% bf gain.

I did run it at 3caps/daily. Got my labs done around week 4 and everything checked out so I ran it another 1.5weeks.

I very happy with results! Great product IML!!!!
 
Looking at the before and after pics and no doubt about it you made awesome gains. Killer forearms man.
