    ok, question here...i did one run with h4h (8 weeks). then took a week off. then started osta rx (6 week run). now have been off for a week. loved both and had great results with each one. as for the question...how much time should i take before starting another run of one or the other? will be the last run for this year till march or so next year.

    I would get labs to look specifically at lipids and liver enzymes. If all is good go for it.

    Hey everyone,
    I'm looking to use h4h as a means for strength gains and leanning down- I compete in Powerlifting, so looking to up my lifts and to compete in a lower weight class (currently 67-68kg, wanting to compete in the 63kg class).
    I am planning to use h4h for one cycle and see how it goes, along with advanced cycle support, and other supplementation I'm currently taking for thermogenic, diurectic effects and for general health.
    I wanted to ask about what (if anything) needs to be taken/done AFTER going through one h4h cycle (6 weeks), i.e. post cycle.

    Consider getting your labs done - see where your baselines are and then if all OK - hop in. Start low (2 p/d) and increase IF needed - post cycle (re-run labs if you can and see the end effect on your overall panel)..... After that, consider OstaRX to keep you moving forward with gains and your goals!
