I am going to be starting my second cycle once I get my products in from IML.

Height: 6’1
Bodyweight: 222
BF %: (Approx) 23%

I will be running six weeks with M-Sten, 4-Andro & 1-Andro. I will run 2 pills daily for the first six days, then three pills daily for the final 36 days of M-Sten (similar to how I dosed SDMZ 2.0 approximately 20 months ago). 4-Andro 2 pills daily for 42 days and finally 1-Andro 2 pills daily for the first 28 days. I have E-Control & ACS on hand and Liquid Tamox (60 ml) coming in the mail. I am still waiting for Ultra Male to go back on sale so I can order that as well. This will last a duration of 10 weeks including PCT.

M-Sten Rx – 2 caps weeks 1 & 2, 3 caps daily weeks 3-6
4-Andro Rx – 2 caps daily weeks 1-6
1-Andro Rx – 2 caps daily weeks 1-4
Advanced Cycle Support – 2 caps daily weeks 1-10
Ultra Male Rx – 1 cap daily weeks 7-10
E-Control Rx – 3 caps daily weeks 7-10
Tamox – 1 ml/day weeks 7-10

Some background on me, I am military and coming off of a shoulder tear. It happened 4 weeks after PCT in the sandbox, no one would see me at my duty station as I was PCS’ing so it kept getting put off. I ended up having two rotator cuff partial tears (by that point, they said it could have been much worse but did not want to speculate too much). I am also working through an impingement. I was given the green light on working out hard again about 8 weeks ago, so I am getting my lifts back up. During SDMZ 2.0 I hit my PR bench @ 435, squat 405x5, and deadlift 585x3. Those numbers are from March 2013. I know we are only as good as what we currently are. I was much of the same body comp then (@ the start) as I am now and I will be getting an appointment in next week with the BodPod. I don’t expect to see anything near those numbers… yet. If I can drop about 5-6% bodyfat and get my lifts back up to three plates on bench and build explosion out of the hole on my squat that is what I am looking for. I am doing 5x5 training with chest, 10x3 with squats/deads. My conditioning will be parachute sprints and prowler pushes.

Current lifts:
Bench 5x5: 255 lbs
Squat 10x3: 275 lbs
Deadlift 10x3: 365 lbs
Bent-Over Row 4x10: 205 lbs

I will also be focusing on calf development as I would like to have calves that are somewhere beyond laughable. I will get my wife to assist me with measurements and pictures to put up prior to the start of this. Still awaiting my package, shit happens, especially overseas. Good thing though, started a bout with food poisoning from when I was in Africa this week. Hopefully I get it and can start on Tuesday. I will also be doing my walk in to the BodPod this week. I've been eating more and eating real food, I'm currently around 227-229. Doing pasta tonight in prep for leg day tomorrow. I will get my wife to take the pics and help with measurements, I'm not sure how the lighting will be so bear with me.
 
My stuff came in and now is as good a time as any. I couldn't get into the BodPod this week, last shot before anything really kicks in will be today which I am going for, assuming they are not closed for another bizarre reason. I ended up being pretty sick for the first few days I got home just shitting anything and everything within 5-10 minutes after putting it down but feeling good now. I will be posting pictures this weekend, with measurements... as soon as I can find that tape.

Also, I had been off of AnabolicMinds Forums for around a year or so but noticed that IML doesn't have a forum there anymore? A falling out or am I just out of my mind thinking IML had a forum on that site...

Edit: Also, the 4-Andro will be 4 caps daily, 2 PM/2 AM

Leg press: 400x12/3 500x10 600x8
Leg extensions: 130x15/4
Single leg extensions: 55x8/3
Leg curls: 110x15/4
Standing calf raises: 230x15/4
Conditioning: 184 lb sled push 60 yds four times. My legs were absolutely shot by this point.

I won't be posting every day to say "Day 3: no side effects yet." If I don't post about side's it is safe to assume I don't have any. I am still going to be keeping with my normal workout's, just going a couple more sets here and there and a few extra pounds where I feel beneficial. I kind of follow Brandon Lilly's "Cube Method" but do 3 on 1 off when possible (I do quite a bit of traveling). So I alternate between Heavy/Speed/Reps per workout.

Yesterdays workout was legs. (Speed)
Back Squat: 225x8/4 275x3/3
Front Squat: 135x10/4
Hack Squat: 225x10/4
Leg Press: 388x12/4 478x10 568x8
Leg Extensions: 130x15/4
Single Leg Extensions: 55x8/3
Leg Curls: 110x15/4
Standing Calf Raises: 230x15/4

Conditioning (which was a bad idea after legs): 184 lb sled- 60yds x 4

I have a good amount of fat that I need to get rid of but I'm not looking at doing it (all) with this cycle. I want to get my strength back up while slowly leaning out.

Seated Cable rows: 140x15 160x12 180x10/10 205x8
Stiff arm lat pull downs @ 50 lb supersetted w/ lat cable cross overs @ 20 lb per 4x10/4x12
Chin-ups 3x5 (second pause at top to contract)
Back Hypers 2x10 w/ 45lb
Calf Raises 4x15 @ 230

It was hot as hell and doing back the day after legs is a horrible idea but I have another trip and wanted to get as much work in as possible. That being said, a day in the gym is still a good day.

Only side effect noted thus far is lethargy. It should be another week or two before I feel the strength gains. I get to do more legs today. I did chest yesterday. Started off slow and being careful with my shoulder.
Bench 225x10 245x8/5
Floor Press 255x10/4
Then I did a myriad of other lifts. Not really counting just enjoying lifting and a Saturday with the weights.
