Whassup Fellas

I am here to log SuperDMZ 3.0.

I will be taking two caps per day, both upon waking.
Two caps per day ACS
Four Caps per day 4-ANdro
200mgs DHEA

I have been trying to reduce my body weight and tighten up hormone free for the past couple of months. I am still on that path but I am looking to add some muscle to my frame. I will be eating as balanced as possible to keep my gains lean and mean.

I started yesterday, 6/17.

Starting weight: 210

I did a cut when I ran this. I got lean and veiny. Stayed fairly full too.

Hungry as hell already, trying very hard to stay within limits.
