I'm going to be receiving m-sten on Saturday and was curious if i should wait and start it on a day I lift (Monday) or if id be okay to start it on Saturday.
You're fine starting on a rest day. It's not just full blown wham coursing throughout your system from the second it touches your tongue you're all good brother, but if it makes you feel better just wait until Monday! I typically just like to start things on Monday so I can remember how long I've been running something lol
I prefer starting stuff at the start of the week. Plus I started my first cycle when I started my new routine and on a Monday so it made me feel better too. OCD kicked in
