Notes: starting to feel good. I have decided raise test to 800-1000 mgs rather than 700-800 as previously planned for rest of run. Super excited about this. Been a long while since I have been on a decent amount of testosterone.
Today's macros would be great to hit everyday for the next 3 weeks. So if fats are kept under 100 grams I will do 600 g carbs every day with at least BW on protein.

Day 7 Notes:
Ok so as I stated at the beginning of the log I knew diet would be shitty going into the first week but gawd damn 10 lbs.!?!?!?! Looking soft as shit. But at they same time this is the heaviest I have been in three years.
Weight will probably go down a bit over the next week and may do two or three days of cardio.
If I keep diet similar to today I should be able to stay this full and get waist down a bit. Plus test dose and cardio will surely help. Really wish I had more impressive arms. Also gyno is a lot puffier than I would like. Prettier sure my Aromasin source has went bunk.
Either way I think now is the time to do some serious growing.
