Jesus christ, how much egg whites do you eat a day?!

It was only 25 g of protein worth twice a day but I decide to double up and eat less chicken during the day. The egg whites will be upon waking and post workout, chicken rice three times during work and then again after post workout (lately been skipping this one for junk food and probably why I am steady getting fatter) and then eat some waffles, ice cream or cookies before bed. The egg whites and chicken through the day with trace proteins from oats, rice and such will have me at like 200 g then i can either eat the last chicken an rice meal and cheat once (which is ideal for me) or say fuck the chicken and rice an cheat twice.

As of right now today will be egg whites/oats, chicken/rice, chicken/rice, chicken/rice, egg whites oats, pizza and MUTHERFUCKING WAFFLES!!!!!!!!!!!!! macros will probably be like 230/500/100. which aint bad, its like 3900 cals and i usually need 3800 anyway

Notes: starting to feel good. I have decided raise test to 800-1000 mgs rather than 700-800 as previously planned for rest of run. Super excited about this. Been a long while since I have been on a decent amount of testosterone.


Today's macros would be great to hit everyday for the next 3 weeks. So if fats are kept under 100 grams I will do 600 g carbs every day with at least BW on protein.

Ok so as I stated at the beginning of the log I knew diet would be shitty going into the first week but gawd damn 10 lbs.!?!?!?! Looking soft as shit. But at they same time this is the heaviest I have been in three years.





Weight will probably go down a bit over the next week and may do two or three days of cardio.





If I keep diet similar to today I should be able to stay this full and get waist down a bit. Plus test dose and cardio will surely help. Really wish I had more impressive arms. Also gyno is a lot puffier than I would like. Prettier sure my Aromasin source has went bunk.


Either way I think now is the time to do some serious growing.


Hamstrings, high box squats and calves tomorrow.

Shoulders is probably from lots of pressing using block periodization on my BB chest pressing over the last 3 months or so and traps I have been hitting with less volume but higher frequency. Started toning down the number of sets for strength on chest day and focusing more on hypertrophy to try and even out everything a little more. Just gotta get these arms to come up.

YEEEEEES all night sex sessions are definatley worth no sleep. You still managed to get two good workouts in there, not to mention the sex makes up the cardio portion.

Day 12 Notes:

Overall size is mos def on the rise. Several comments on just being big this week end. Think its time to just keep adding overall mass, while trying to keep bodyfat in check.

No side effects. Usually by no I would be experiencing so BP & stomach issues but everything seems ok. No increase in acne, Gyno seems the same.

Only thing I could add is that Im not noticing as much strength increases. I know it is early but I usually start beasting on orals by now. Usually huge strength increases means alot of sides though so we will see. Not even half way through so should be a fun ride.

Yup, I definitely prefer drinking my oatmeal. The instant kind will even blend well in a shaker cup.

Ill have to try that, cooking and eating the 1 cup egg whites and cup of oats is really tedious and tastes awful since its so bland. Any hershey squirts with your method? Not trying to leave brown streaks, ya feel me?

No issues with mud butt. One thing I have noticed is that gas is worse with old fashioned oats rather than quick oats. May just be my case though.

I was shredded as fuck till I decided I wanted to try and put some size back on. Now I am a little watery from my research with trest/dta. The SDMZ is starting to dry me out though. Hoping my abs will be back in by the time I am done with SDMZ.
