First day back in the gym, felt good but my joints are killing me. Partly from my work related injury and partly because the IMR adex is much stronger than any research adex I have ever used so its hard trying to dial it in.
Hit chest:
BB flat: 45x15,135x12,185x10,225x8,275x6,135x15
Pec deck: 80x15,100x15,120x12
Hammerstrength iso incline press: 70x15,90x12,115x10,135x6,90x10
Downward cable fly: 35xfailurex4
Upward cable fly: 35xfailurex4
I really am getting much stronger but my dry elbows wouldnt let me rep much weight on flat bench today, I could have dont 315 for at least 2-3 it felt like.
