DevastatingDave Turns Down for SDMZ 3.0

First day back in the gym, felt good but my joints are killing me. Partly from my work related injury and partly because the IMR adex is much stronger than any research adex I have ever used so its hard trying to dial it in.

Hit chest:

BB flat: 45x15,135x12,185x10,225x8,275x6,135x15
Pec deck: 80x15,100x15,120x12
Hammerstrength iso incline press: 70x15,90x12,115x10,135x6,90x10
Downward cable fly: 35xfailurex4
Upward cable fly: 35xfailurex4

I really am getting much stronger but my dry elbows wouldnt let me rep much weight on flat bench today, I could have dont 315 for at least 2-3 it felt like.
 
Hit back tonight very quickly

50 wide grip chins
Seated cable row: 110x12,120x12,130x10,140x10,150x10,160x10,120x15
Hammerstrength iso lat pull down: 45x20,90x12,100x10x2
One arm lat pull down: 80x10x4
Precore cable lat pull down where I lean back enough to really hit rear delts/traps: 60x12x4
Lat push down: 65x10,70x10,80x10

Great pump and joints felt pretty good today.

Still having some symptoms of BPH but I am going to start researching IMR cialis to see if it helps. My other cialis I am pretty sure is bunk or very under dosed because cialis always fixes BPH when I am running stronger stuff. If its anything like their adex it will be as good as it gets.
 
Got in a quick shoulder workout tonight:

Seated DB shoulder press: 55x12,80x10,90x8,55x7
Upright BB Row: 45x15,95x12,115x8x2,95x10
Cable front raise: 35xfailurex4
Cable side delt raise: 35xfailurex4

Felt alright, havent got the 90s up on shoulder press since I was fat, this is the strongest ive been while lean for sure.

Knee is feeling good but still will wait till next week to get back into legs.
 
Hit legs tonight, knee felt good but I didnt push it.

Hammerstrength iso leg raises: 25x15x3, 30x12x3, 35x10x3
Hammerstrength squat machine: 1 plate each side x failue, 2 plates x failure, 3 plates x failure, 4 plates x failure, 5 x failure, 6 x failure, 4 x failure, 2 x failure
BB Jefferson squats: 45x10, 65x10x2
Flying iso leg curls: 25x15x2, 35x12x2
Standing calf raises: 400x15x4

Snapped some pics, will post tomorrow after I get some upper body shots too.
