First things first I want to thank IML and Spiny for giving me this opportunity.


When I first saw SDMZ 3.0 I thought "there is no way ill ever be man enough to run that". Well I guess its time to pull my skirt down and cycle like the big boys.

Ill post more starter pics soon. The cycle will probably start Sunday or Monday. Goals: get bigger, and stronger and maybe a little leaner as well.

Its officially begun, two caps down today and heading to the gym in about an hour. I will update some starter photos tonight.

On cycle support will be as follows: 250mg of UDCA a day as well as botanical craft vit e extract and will start celery seed extract if blood pressure becomes an issue.

I eat the same stuff everyday for the most part, diet is roughly as follows:

Meal 1:
1/2 cup quick cooking oats with about 4 tbsp natty peanut butter
1 cup egg whites cooked in 1 tbsp coconut oil mixed with about 2 tbsp hummus
16oz 5x protein almond milk

Meal 2:
1 cup (uncooked measure) jasmine or basmati rice
4oz sardines
6-8oz chicken
1 cup of spring mix
All of this mixed together in a big bowl

Post workout:
2 pop tarts
1 scoop peptopro
1 scoop wpi

Meal 3:
8oz chicken or ground beef
3 cups spring mix

Before bed:
1 cup greek brogurt

I have been making slow but steady lean gains with this basic outline, criticism is welcome.

Nothing to report yet as far as the SDMZ goes since its the first day. Just tinkering around with diet plans to make the most lean gains as possible with such a potent compound.

In other users experience how hard was it to put fat on with SDMZ?

Incredible pump, I dont know how fast this is supposed to kick in but the pumps tonight were better then they have been in a long time. Energy in the gym seemed limitless as well. Dont know if this is placebo or not but whatever, ill take it.

Sick pump, snapped some pics today and yesterday but they are pretty poor quality. I have to have my fiance snap some good shots this week. Already starting to get some increased vascularity and energy in the gym, this stuff kicks in quick. I discontinued researching DTA a few days ago so I know the SDMZ is the culprit behind it.
 
Forgot to update here yesterday, woops!

Took yesterday off, felt totally wiped out after work and ended up napping and eating all day.

Today I hit legs:
Hammerstrength leg raises: 60x15,70x15,80x12,90x12,100x10,110x10,120x8,140x8
BB Squats: 45x20,135x15,185x12,225x7(wtf man),275x3(whack),225x6,135x10
Hammerstrength leg curls: 100x15,120x12,130x10,140x10,150x10,160x8,180x7

I didnt feel strong at all today for whatever reason. I am going to blame a lack of carbs today since I ran out of rice for lunch which is also my "preworkout" meal.

Still had a sick pump and felt good. I started five pumps of dermacrine today as well just because I had it and because my energy levels have been in the gutter lately.
 
Also I should note that I started researching with .25mg EOD of Iron Mag Research Adex. I can already tell the difference between this and the previous exem from another source which was doing next to nothing at all. Iron Mag Research will probably be my go to from now on.

If IMR started carrying peptides that would set my research chimp up as a lifetime customer!

Really enjoying this run, feeling great in the gym and the pumps are so good even my biceps got a pump from working chest. Good stuff. Joints are feeling a little stiff though, this IMR Adex is way stronger than anything I am used to researching with, will have to play around with the dosages.

Once again everything done very slow and controlled with a pause at full contraction focus on a slow eccentric release.

Getting some compliments lately on my muscles "popping" more, and that I am adding some size. Weight is up to 186lbs in the morning totally fasted.

Did everything very slowly, taking about 7-10 seconds on both the concentric and eccentric portions of the lifts. I did feel much stronger but I was not trying for PR's tonight.

I should also add today was the last research dose of 25mg of trestolone acetate. I have switched back to regular test E 125mg 3x a week m/w/f. That brings current stack to 2 caps of SDMZ 3.0, 4 pumps dermacrine ED, and 125mg test e m/w/f.
 
Took today off from the gym and went kayaking for a few hours. Got a sick back pump rowing for so long.
 
Hit shoulders just before, getting way stronger.

I havent been able to DB press the 105's since I was fat and strong, the SDMZ is definitely behind this.
 
Hit back tonight with a crazy amount of volume because I saw some buddies and worked in with them. Felt good.

I can tell I am holding a little more water than usual, probably from the A1 in the SDMZ. It isnt bad though. I am getting way stronger though and my endurance in the gym is getting absurd. Still no side effects either.
 
Got a quick chest workout in tonight, didnt have time to do as much volume as I wanted. The local planet fitness got rid off all their barbells and dumbbells so my gym has been packed lately with people switching over, which means everything is being used... all the time.

Took almost no break between sets tonight. Pumps in bis were debilitating to the point where I couldnt lift more even if I wanted to.

One side effect is starting to rear its head though, BPH, which happens every time I use a strong oral like msten/SD etc. Cialis and E-Pharm pump spray usually fix me up quick though so Ill be starting one of those as soon as money allows.
 
Got a quick leg workout in tonight, did squats first because the gym was packed and I wanted to get in the rack before someone else did. My gym only has one squat rack so... yeah.

Why dont I do more leg volume? Huge legs arent that important to me, and even at their current size chaffing while working has been as issue. Fuck all that noise.

Still no sides besides a little BPH which 12.5mg cialis EOD has totally cleared up. This is the best I have ever looked at this weight by far as well. Sitting in between 185-188lbs.

Workouts have been great lately and I am getting a little stronger each week without having a real strength routine.

On a side note, left my dermacrine in my gym bag in my car today and it was ruined. Oh well.
 
Hit back yesterday but didnt write it down. I ended up working out with a buddy who does significantly less volume but with more weight. I really prefer the higher volume workouts ive been doing recently and I feel like I respond much better to higher volume so needless to say I didnt have a great workout.

Really leaning out in all the right places while filling out in all the right places. Weight is no longer slowly climbing up, but the mirror is whats most important to me.
 
Sorry for the lack of updates, I badly injured my knee at work the other day when I was doing some tree work. Its only today that ive been able to walk around without help and being in serious pain. Ill start hitting the gym again for upper body tomorrow most likely.
