When I take my 1-Andro, it says take with food. What kind of meal are we talking about, like take with a shake, some crackers, or take with a good meal? You never have to worry about diluting it in your stomach? What do you guys usually do?

I like to take my caps along with some fats (meat, eggs, or protein shake with fish oil caps).
