Week 7 results:
Weight: 204.2 down .6 pounds this is the first real plateu of the whole stack. Its ok though, i will just add in another 10-15 grams of fats
Strength: Still going up my, barbell military press has gone up 30 pounds in 2 weeks.
Sides: none what so ever
Sorry for the late update, been really busy. 1 more week of the halo/dmz then its time for PCT and Osta Rx

I did shoulders and chest last night. i did another personal record with barbell military press. every workout im just getting stronger and stronger. Its going to be a sad day when this all ends but until that time comes im just enjoying the progress
