Blood pressure 126 over 62. Am I ok to cycle

My higher number says I'm in pre hypertension (above120) but my diastolic is pretty low. Wtf? Am I ok to go on with my cycle
 
You need to measure BP over a period of weeks. One result is too small a snapshot to answer but your BP is better than mine.
