I took the day off from training yesterday. Woke up early from prami again and then had to get bloodwork so I didn't even try. Did legs today instead. Weighed in at the gym 191.4 and that was very carbed up.
Squats:
135 X 10
225 X 10
235 X 10 X 8
Stack plate ad machine:
180 X 50 X 3
Adding weight and reducing reps on abs. Should make them show more as bf% goes down. Going to straight up pof on legs soon. I can probably do the stiff leg deads and sissy squats if I'm careful.
