Notes: 238.6 upon waking. Looking shitty still. Gyno is even getting more noticeable. Been taking IMR Exemastane at 25 ed for a while now and has steadily gotten worse. I have some of their tamoxifen on the way but hell I am real depressed with the look of my physique. No pop to the muscle and barely any ab definition. These are bad times for me. But I'm big and strong lol.

Well this is going to be my ending pic. Not my usual most muscular shot cause my gyno is really bad right now and can humiliate myself even more than I am. I have made a big turn around bodyfat wise in the last 2-3 weeks. During this log I gained 10 pounds for the first half and then lost 8 of it. So a 2 pound gain but I am a lot softer looking for sure. If you have a problem with back pumps this product may effect you in a negative way. I only had a problem with it once but I usually don't get them so it wasn't a big deal. However I did gain a bunch of strength. The product may have a bad effect on pre-exsiting gyno but this may have been my fault. I had an issue controlling it going into this run and should have fixed the problem before adding a compound cause it sure didn't help. Probably won't use this product again. Nothing against IML but they have waaaaay better products. Would be a nice addition to strength athlete stack though.
