The skinny on your PCT

Weeks 5 6 7 and 8. What's the most beneficial way to take everything. Acs, e control, ultra male, serm, multi, and etc. Am, miday, pm, nightcap? What's your spread along with dosing? Thanks!

20 mg Nolva daily for 4 weeks.

Just fyi, I take 2 ACS caps everyday 365 days per year and a IML Multi in the AM. Both are rock solid products.

I do not split dosages multiple times across the day. I don't have time for that, and would/have forgotten several dosages before. When it comes to dose timing, I rely on the KISS method, and Keep it Simple, taking all my doses during two times of the day that will never change.

I take any anabolic hormonals upon waking, right after my shower.

I take any supports/PCT ancillaries prior to bed, right after my shower.
