    bridging

Can someone please shed some light on this? I wanna know is it safe to bridge? How is it safe? How do you do it? I have osta rx as part of my pct and I want to run a super dmz and halo cycle after this one

Bridging is typically for advanced users but if you want to bridge then Osta is a pretty safe option as you will experience little to no shut down.

    Bridge-8 weeks of Osta

    then begin new cycle.

Agreed with Heavy. I wouldn't worry about the idea of bridging till after the 4-6 PH cycle. This allow your body to build up to the on and off periods of cycles imo.

Yes, when you start PCT for four weeks, add in Osta for four weeks
