Need help to start my metha-drol extreme stack

I just got my metha-drol extreme stack. Can anyone please tell me how I should use these stuff as a cycle. I have no idea which to take when.

This is what i got
METHA-DROL EXTREME - 1 Bottles
Anabolic-Matrix Rx - 1 bottle
E-Control Rx - 3 bottles
Advanced Cycle Support Rx - 1 bottle
Ultra Malr Rx - 1 bottle
 
Hey,

Metha-Drol 2 caps a day one in the am and one in the pm
Anabolic-matrix- 2 caps twice a day, am and pm
Advanced cycle support- one cap am and one cap pm
Ultra male- one cap at bed time

PCT

Anabolic-matrix- 2 caps twice a day, am and pm
Advanced cycle support- one cap am and one cap pm
Ultra male- one cap at bed time
E-control- 3 caps a day for the last 3 weeks of PCT
