Wondering if I could replace the econtrol in the halo extreme stack with osta rx for the pct? If not recommended I would still like to run the Osta after the halo cycle when would be the ideal time to star it?

I would start Osta the next day after stopping the Halo e to keep the gains in PCT brother.

So you would stack Osta Rx with all of the PCT? Or what would be the best way to fully utilize Osta Rx?

Yes stack with them. As heavy said you will keep gains from use. If bridging run the osta for 4ks.

Brother I love osta man. It's a permanent staple in my regime. Since my last cycle 6mnths ago I have been bridging with it into peps and haven't lost any of the gains and have actually rent up in strength as well as hardened up.
When you can't go any further is where you begin to grow your heart!!!
