I have just recently came off a 5 month journey to become as strong as I could. In the process I slowly lost my a decent body composition. I now have a gym total of 1460 (575/370/520). Not really that good for a 240 pounder but ehh. The past 3 weeks I have been slowly trying start looking better while maintaining my strength. Strength has been maintained but body composition hasn't changed much. I average 3900-4200 through the 5 month period. This month I have been at 3000-3100. May have went to drastic.
Goal:
I have my first son arriving on Monday and would like this product to help me acheive a better body composition.
Diet:
Currently doing low carb high fat high protein.
Training:
Monday: Upper Body Hypertrohy
Tuesday: Lower Body Hypertrohy
Wednesday: Back Hypertrophy
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Heavy Upper Body
Saturday: Heavy Lower Body
Sunday: Back Hypertrophy
I'm sure my son will alter this lol. On the hypertrophy upper & lower days I have been using a lower volume version of the juggernaut method but is mainly just to maintain my technique out if the lower portion of the lifts. Then I just do alot of volume work. Been trying to up this. On heavy days I have been using the conjugate method but haven't gotten a successful lower training session in yet. Benching has went week though. I have done a 370 1-board, 355 Close grip & 405 reactive slingshot. Back days are just cause I like being in the gym.
Dosing:
I will be taking 4 caps a day.
