Terms & Conditions
Shipping Methods:
All orders are shipped within 24 hours except orders placed on weekends which will be shipped on Monday.
Orders within the USA, including APO's, are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders have the option of
USPS International Mail or UPS Worldwide Express.
Payment Methods:
All credit cards are electronically verified by Authorize.net via a 128 bit secure server prior to billing and shipping
for your security. We also provide the option of paying via PayPal and Google Checkout which are processed
through their secure servers.
Returns:
We accept returns on new, unopened, undamaged items in original packaging within 14 days from the delivery date to the customer.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and all shipping charges. The customer must contact us prior to returning product(s)
and a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained from us before returning any products.
Refused Shipments:
Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return freight. If a customer wishes to cancel an order it is their
responsibility to cancel the order prior to the product(s) being shipped. If a customer cancels an order after it has been shipped,
or refuses the shipment, the return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and any freight charges incurred.
Damaged Shipments:
All claims for damaged shipments must be made within 72 hours of delivery to the point of destination. Any damage to a package
should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery if possible. We will not be responsible for damage claims made 72
hours after delivery.
Sales Tax:
3% sales tax will be collected for orders placed in the state of Colorado.
International Shipping:
We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside the United States.
If you have any questions or concerns we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products you order to
the address you provide. The laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It's your responsibility to check with
your country’s customs office to see if your country allows the shipment of products you wish to order from us into your country.
If for whatever reason the package is seized by customs officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their
original condition. Most orders make it through customs fine; however, most orders that are stopped are returned to us.
* If the package is returned to us by customs officials, you are still responsible for all shipping charges. You pay actual shipping charges
based on the weight of the package and handling costs. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility.
Taxes and Duties:
It's possible you will have to pay taxes and/or duties, but every country is different and it depends on a many different factors.
We will do everything we can to make sure that you either don’t have to pay any fees or at least minimize them. Check the laws in
your country to be sure. From our experience, most foreign customers do not pay any fees when they receive the shipment. If you do
get charged, they will charge you at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these fees, we can refund you for
the products when we receive them back, but we can not refund any shipping or return shipping fees.
