still wondering about 4.0

I was just wondering if anyone knows weather dmz 4.0 will be as effective/powerful as 3.0 considering 3.0 is no longer going to be made due to the ban?

I would guess 4.0 is not as strong as 3.0 but nonetheless it will come in as probably stronger and better then any other product on the market that is legal. It will be very effective regardless.
