New to the boards, not the products.

Quick question, when it says something along the lines of "Take 2 per day, 1 AM 1 PM" what time in the PM is best?

Based on half life every 12 hours is ideal dosing but some guys like to take the oral pre-training for a boost.
 
I do AM/PM. One when I wake up & one around supper.
