New to prohormones

Hi guys/gals, I'm interested on starting taking prohormones to gain some muscle mass, in weight 147lb and am 5'9 so as you can see I'm a slender guy I've read slot about prohormones but I have a few questions. Also to let you know I'm only interested on maybe doing 1 if not 2 cycles, I'm a yoga instructor and I do sligth weight lifting 2-3 times a week in case that information is helpful. al Any answers would be greatly appreciated.
1. how likely am I to keep my gains after the cycle?
2. What products do you guys/gals recommend to take for a newbie? (As prohormones and supplements during cycle and post cycle.)
