I am completely new to the whole deal here with cycles And taking stacks. I bought these 3, and was wondering the order of ehich i should take them. The SDMZ says 2 split doses, cycle armor 2 capsules a day not exceeding 4, and the Ad3 is 2 at night.
8:00am - SDMZ.
4:00pm- SDmZ
10:00pm - ad3 x2, cycle armor x2?
8:00am - SDMZ.
