First time PH/PH cycle advice

What is recommended for a first time PH or PH cycle. And what is the best pct to go along with it?

Both Deca-Drol Max and Halo Extreme would be best for a first time user, they are very mild and not liver toxic.
 
Me to its my first time i bought some Metha-Drol but it says for advance user. I want to know where to start im which should i do deca or halo where would i see better result or which would be safer?
