I just started Halo for Her on Saturday. I am taking 2 caps a day as well as Milk thistle (I plan on ordering the Advanced Cycle support). I decided I would start this thread so that I can update on my experience with H4H.

So far I have felt stronger in my workouts but havent increased my weights. I have read that its common to notice strength increase at around 2-3 weeks in. I feel more sexually sensitive and do enjoy the feeling. Another thing I have noticed is that I am sleeping very good at night. I think this may have something to do with my recovery. Before starting H4H I would have trouble sleeping just from being sore and uncomfortable. This last week I have had some of the best sleep I've had in a couple of years. My body is relaxed and just seems to be recovering much quicker and easier than before. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm curious if this is common with others as well.

Tomorrow I hit the gym for leg day. My legs are my weakness so I am working very hard to build them up. I'll update as often as I can.

All sounds pretty normal for h4h....with your recovery speeding up it makes everytbing else better...lunges...best all around legg exercise...they work...

I started over a week ago and started noticing strength gains on yesterday. I was able to break through a plateau and move to a higher weight with my bicep curls. I haven't noticed any sides. Things are going well.

I'm doing 2 a day. Someone recommended going to 3. One thing I've noticed is that I'm very irritable. I hope this isn't a side.

Good Luck girl!! Looks like things are kicking in for you! "irritability" - gotta remember you are effecting your hormonal levels with the introduction of H4H - it could be just an adjustment period and/or things coordinating with your monthly cycle...etc.... Just be AWARE of it.... drink lots of extra water and if you don't already, may be a good idea to log your training/nutrition/supplements etc... and with that - your moods.... this will help you monitor now and later for future use!

Thanks!! I will start a journal. That's a helpful idea. I hope the irritability is temporary or just my hormones adjusting. The last two days I've been a complete bitch. My skin is breaking out a tiny bit but nothing I can't deal with. I'm thinking of increasing the dose next week to three a day.

I saw another thread that recommended stacking with osta rx. Could anyone tell me the reasoning for this. What does the osta do differently than h4h; or how does it supplement it?

No Problem! Sometimes you will begin to see a patern or timing to your moodiness and or how it relates to other things - be it hormonal, nutritional, training, or supplemental. Being aware we are being a total BITCH is half the battle...LOL....

OstaRx: give this a read - http://www.ironmaglabs.com/product-list/osta-rx/

I personally have never "stacked" it with Halo - it is a bridge - meaning, when you stop your H4H cycle you then move to OstaRx

Question for you ladies - I have been looking into Halo for Her but don't want to take anything that might hurt chances of starting a family one day. Can any of you give an insight on if this will affect trying to conceive down the road? Thank you in advance.

Menstruation may be temporarily shortened or cease while on H4H. Your hormones will normalize a few weeks after discontinuing the product. During the cycle non hormonal birth control is advised.
