Tomorrow I am going to be starting a 6 wk cycle of Halo Extreme and Super DMZ. Then I will doing 4 wks of PCT adding in Osta Rx.

Here's how its gonna go down:

Weeks 1-6:
2 caps Halo
2 caps DMZ
1 cap Ultra Male Rx
2 caps Anabolic-Matrix Rx
2 caps Advanced Cycle Support Rx
Weeks 8-10:
1 cap Ultra Male Rx
2 caps Anabolic-Matrix Rx
2 caps Advanced Cycle Support Rx
3 caps Osta Rx
3 caps E-Control Rx (last 3 weeks)


Current Stats:
Height- 5'11"
Weight- 196.6
BF- 12-13%
Age-21
Lifting Experience- Over 3 years

Current Diet:
Calories: 3000-3300
Protein: 300g
Carbohydrates: 250-300g
Fats: 70-100g
** Total calories depend on day
** Cheat meals are added in as needed

Current Supplementation:
Daily:
Multivitamin- Orangetriad
Creatine Monohydrate- 5g
Beta Alanine- 6.4g
Fish Oil- 6g

Pre-Workout
Citrulline Malate- 5g
BCAA- 8g 2:1:1 ratio

Controlled Labs White Flood (only when i need the caffeine)- 1 scoop

Lifting Split:
Day 1- Quads, 20 min cardio steady pace

Day 4- Back, Rear Delts, Traps, 20 min cardio steady pace
Day 5- Hamstrings, Low Back, Abs
Day 6- Shoulders, Calves, 20 min cardio steady pace
Day 7- Rest
** 10 minute warmup on bike before every workout
Weight training 45-90 minutes duration depends on day



I will be updating weekly, i would do daily but I know you guys just want to hear about my progress, and none of that other BS. I will also hopefully be doing doing pictures every week depending if i can get my camera to work. If you guys want me to update on any specific thing let me know and I will do so. If not I will just go over the general stuff (weight, strength, side effects if any). Also if diet changes I will update as well. Other than that all I can say is I'm looking forward to all kindz of gainz :)

Looks awesome moses3791! Photos would definitely be great. Let us know how you feel with energy, and any side effects since you are combining the two products, although I have a feeling you will be OK. We'll be watching closely.
 
Allright week 1 down.

Weight: 199.2 up 2.6 pounds in one week with no body fat gain if anything a little less. My muscles have a more grainy dry look
** I weigh myself upon waking no food in stomach
Strength: not any noticeable strength gains yet, but again its only week 1
Side Effects: Lethargy!!!!!!!!!! this combo puts me bed better than great sex, but in all seriousness its not bad but i am noticeably more sleepy during the day, and i can barely stay up past 11am then i sleep for like 10 hrs

up your water intake....it will help with the lethargy....
 
great post i will deff be following this one congrats on your first week. ive been wanting to see someone post a cycle like this happy lifting!
 
I tend to tolerate high carb diets when they are indigested early....so within the first 4 meals of say a 6 meal plan....this will also help keep you leaner and not as sloppy...

Week 2:

Weight: 200.2 up 1 pound this week. My muscles continue to look more and more dense and grainy. I feel leaner then last week, abs and obliques are much more noticeable. Got some real nice separation between my quads and hams going.

Strength: definitely noticed some increase in strength, not so much the weights themselves went up but the amount of reps increased. What i was doing for 6 reps on the decline bench i am now doing for 12 reps. Its the same for every exercise.

Side effects: lethargy has all but gone away. The only thing i see is a touch more acne, but i have also struggled with sever acne for a long time now, so it might not even be the stack.

I am going to be adding in "Test Freak" by PharmaFreak and "Life Support" by Al Sports Nutrition in 2 weeks instead of Ultra Male, Advanced Cycle Support, and Anabolic Matrix. I only have 8 weeks of the UM, ACS, and AM so i will substitute the test freak, and life support until i hit PCT then go back to AM, UM, and ACS
 
Ive decided to add in BCAA's during my workout. Today was the first day of doing so. I used 3 scoops of Universal "Atomic 7" which equates to 24g of amino acids, along with 6g of glutamine and 3g of citrulline malate. Call me a bro but i really believe this will help me gain lean muscle mass while simultaneously burning body fat. It also is nice to sip on something besides water

Allright this is just getting fun...

Week 3 Down:

Weight: 202.8 up another 2.6 pounds

Strength: All my compound movements are going up in weight considerably. Example my straight leg deadlifts went from 245 for 6 reps up to 275 for 6 reps

Side Effects: None that I have noticed

As I stated in an earlier post ive added in around 20g of BCAA's during my training, going to switch from Universal Atomic 7 to Scivation Extend.

Week 4 results:

Weight: 203 up .2 pounds ( whether its giant leaps or baby steps as long as I continue to progress Im happy.)

Strength: Still getting stronger, I notice i stay strong throughout the entire workout from the first rep to the last I am able to still move some good weight.

Energy: Very balanced. I sleep much deeper now that I've been on this cycle.

The introduction of The BCAA's during my workouts have definitely helped the recovery. The soreness I get is nowhere near what it used to be, they also allow me to push that much harder

Sides: Nada thing
 
End of week 5:

Weight: 203.8 up .8 pounds Still looking like im leaning out as well, my abs are popping out like never before

Strength: On the rise, Doing sets of 20 with weight i was doing sets if 6 with before the start of this cycle.

Sides: None :)

I have doing am/pm workouts lately so I am going to increase my carbohydrates from 350 to 450 grams. that should put me right around 3500 calories

Here is how my calories are partitioned

Protein: 250g
Carbohydrates: 450
Fats: 70

Really enjoying this, thinking about just using up all of it and going 8 weeks, instead of 6. I had blood work done, and i am completely healthy still no fluctuations in anything.
 
Week 6 down: Gonna go 8 wks instead of 6

Weight: 204.6 up .8 pounds

Strength: Still climbing, really love the fact that im staying strong the whole time

Sides: nada

I agree, but i wont be running anything any cycle after this for probably atleast a year or more, and i would really just like to use up all of the stuff. I know its a little risky, but i will have a long time off and i will most likely be adding in another 2 wks of PCT just for good measure
 
how is it going?

Its going great, I will be updating tomorrow with my weight, strength, sides etc. i am really enjoying this stack. you get soo strong and your muscles just look dense as hell. I have one more week to go of the halo/dmz then its off to PCT and ostra Rx. Im excited for the ostra, i have read the research on it and it sounds great. The addition of BCAA's really have been helping with recovery, its so nice to be to go train quads and be able to walk the next day. I do not recommend nor do i think anyone recommends anyone take halo/dmz 8 weeks, but i had to try it.
 
Week 7 results:

Weight: 204.2 down .6 pounds this is the first real plateu of the whole stack. Its ok though, i will just add in another 10-15 grams of fats

Strength: Still going up my, barbell military press has gone up 30 pounds in 2 weeks.

Sides: none what so ever

Sorry for the late update, been really busy. 1 more week of the halo/dmz then its time for PCT and Osta Rx
 
I cant do this anymore, starting tomorrow i am stopping this cycle and going straight to PCT. I am still going to take the Ostra RX. My emotions are wildly out of control right now. I was starting to feel a little down but nothing serious then today I fucking balled my eyes out today after my workout for no apparent reason. I apologize for not being able to finish this but I just cant handle it. Im sure the PCT and Ostra will bring me back to normal

ok so now that my emotional roller coaster ride is over with im on day 2 of PCT and Ostra. It might just be placebo but i feel much better and a little more aggressive. strength is amazing i squated the same weight for the same reps when i did squats at the end of my workout instead of first. Will be updating more frequently

First week of PCT and Ostra is done. strength gains are climbing much quicker now. I did personal best on bent rows and decline bench press. The one thing i notice is that my libido is sooooo high right now. its insane i cant stop thinking about getting some its never been like this haha. Havent checked weight will update that tomorrow. Emotions are much more evened out, still a little more sensitive than i used to be but nothing like i was 2 weeks ago
 
Weight is down to 200.4 this is no bueno. I am going to just have to eat more... oh darn more sushi :) I did shoulders and chest last night. i did another personal record with barbell military press. every workout im just getting stronger and stronger. Its going to be a sad day when this all ends but until that time comes im just enjoying the progress
 
Hey man, looks like you are doing a great job in here and making solid gains. Just a solid piece of advice - don't get too high/low on weight gain and weight loss. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter WHAT you weigh...it's how much you LOOK like you weigh that matters.

i agree with you but i dont like the fact i somehow dropped 4 pounds in one week without any sort of change in my calories. Its a little strange and i dont want to continue this trend
 
It could be anything man...most likely fluid/water or maybe you flushed out some waste that has been clogged up in there for a while. don't sweat it, it's definitely NOT muscle if that is what you are worried about.
